Based on staff interviews, staff admission & review of video footage, S1 did not comply with the section cited above as staff failed to intervene & provide care & supervision by allowing the children to rough play, which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to the children in care. 8 Supervising Children in Child Care Centers & Children’s Personal Rights in Child Care. Director indicated she will provide the video outlines and a written plan of correction to ensure children in care are supervised at all times. POC will be submitted to the Department by 10/07/21.
