Director will email a copy fo the memo that will be issued to the CCC staff regarding the new aforementioned policy. C1 was left without care and supervsion on 4/15/2026 for approximitely 2 minutes during CCC annual photo session. 8

This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director agrees to submit a written plan on how this deficiency will be prevented in the future. Based on LPAs observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as infant children were found napping on mats which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
