Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). 1 Director states all staff will be retrainined on transitioing children from indoor/outdoor. New procedures will be implemented to make sure no child is left behind. Director will submit to the department a list of teachers signatures and training agendas covered during retraining by the POC date of 10.10.23 Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as Disclosures were made verifying that a child was left unattended by staff on the outdoor play ground. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8

Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as Disclosures were made verifying that children 1 Director states they will put in place a double verfication meaning that 2 differnet staff members will verfy the bottle to the child. A log will be put in place to monitor the bottles being given. Director will submit a written document procedures that are now in place and changes that will occur regarding were given the wrong bottle on two seperate occassions, This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 verfication of childrens bottles. POC date of 10.10.23
