Based on analyst interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as it was determined that staff member #1 had inappropriate contact with child #1 by allowing her to kiss her on the cheek which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Licensee also stated that she has spoken with the incoming owner about what occurred and understands that she will be implementing additional procedures regarding staff/child interaction requirements and expectations.

Based on analyst interviews and recorded evidence review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as it was determined that staff members #1 and #2 yelled at children and spoke to them in a demeaning manner which poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Once the training has been completed, a staff sign in sheet confirming attendance of the training by all staff and a table of contents of the final topics covered is to be submitted to analyst, demonstrating that the deficiency has been addressed, by no later than 01/22/24.
