Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as drinking water fountain not used for infant drinking and/or food preparation tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 Facility provide alternative potable water, by using alternate outlet, while waiting to replace the outlet. Director stated that parents will be notified of the lead exceedances via email/letter/telephone call. Director stated the POC will be provided to the San Diego Regional Office no later than 01/06/2023.
