POC: Director provided the LIC 624 during the inspection. During an interview with the director, statements were made that parent of C1 and C2 informed that the children had blisters inside their and on the hands. Director failed to self report to the department. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care
POC:Per director today was an off day, due to the teacher being absent. Director is going to have a meeting on Absences. Is going to submit proof by 8/25/22. Director is going to hire 2 partime teacher and 1 aides as needed. Will send an updated LIC 500 including the new hires. 9/6/22. Upon arrival LPA observed 13 children being supervised by Teacher Ms. Torres. Three additional children arrived. Total children being supervised by one teacher was 16 children. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Per director, I noticed the carpet needs to be cleaned. 1 POC: Per director she hired a new cleaning lady. Per director she is going to have meeting regarding sanitization and cleaning. She is going to have the staff sign the memo. Director is planning to have annual trainings with her staff. Director has a Environment checklist she will modyfy. Provide proof by 09/06/22. I noticed sometimes the sinks needs to be cleaned. Its the teachers that use them all the time. LPA observed the bathrooms toilets in the rooms to have a yellow ring stains inside/outer part of the the toilets. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care
