Based on observation during a tour of the facility, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a gallon of bleach/Chlorox was stored in an unlock cabinet in the Clown Fish room. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

During a tour of the facility, LPA observed A gallon of Germicidal bleach and a bag of Potting Soil accessible to children in the Seahorse room. Having toxic items accessible to children poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Two substitute's fingerprint clearance were not associated to the facility - Alison Burleson (employed 1/11/23) and Haoua Lakhdari (employed 5/13/22) Not associating fingerprint clearance to the facility poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
