Licensee will train staff on Personal Rights. Staff will write what their takeaway from the training.

The result of the homework will be shown on the reportcard only. Licensee will write it up for all teachers and disseminate to all staff and a signed copy will be sent to LPA. Parents will be notified on Pro- Care. This requirement has not been met as evidence by: interviews conducted staff stated if children do not complete their homework, it will be completed during recess or outdoor activities at which time they are not allowed to play 8 Children will be allowed to play if they don't do their homework.

LPA observing one teacher with 13 children in the Four & Four/Five Year old Class. This poses a 1 One classroom was corrected during inspection. An extra staff member arrived and placed the classroom in ratio. Director will make changes by POC date of 12/31/2022.
