This deficiency was cleared during today's inspection. After water lead testing was completed on 02/26/2026, the facility had one sink (G) located Room 228 (Room 5) with an Action Level Exceedance of 100.0 ppb, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
Based on observations and interviews, it was determined that child, C1 was left unsupervised in the preschool yard, during transition indoors, for a little over 2 minutes until they were noticed and returned to their classroom. This poses an immediate risk to the health, saftey and personal rights of children in care. 8 Civil Penalties assessed.
