The playground shall be enclosed by a fence to protect children and to keep them in the outdoor activity area. This requirement has not been met by evidence: Fencing had a large gap beneath in which a child can escape. This is considered a potential risk to the children in care. 1 Owner stated that they will correct the issue by POC date 8/17/2026. LPA will return to clear the deficiency.
