Site Supervisor stated the facility followed the orders by the tester to flush 4 times a day for three weeks and install a water filter and having the faucets retested once the filter is put in. Based on record review Room 1 and 2 sink faucets tested with an Action Level Exceedance 6.61 and 6.53. This poses an potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. 8 Site supervisor will continue to provide the status and updates regarding the faucets in room 1 and 2 with planned completion within 30 days by 4/1/23.
