Director will review the webinar linked below and submit a written overview to LPA via email at: ranita.richmond@dss.ca.gov by 8/06/26. https://youtu.be/RFP8W_0TLL8 On 3/27/26, At approximately 9:06am, LPA observed infant child comingled in the Preschool classroom.
LPA Clayton's review of Guardian and observed staff fingerprint submission determination status "closed- incomplete application" since June 11, 2025, which poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 Licensee and Director are to watch the Background Check Requirements for Caregivers video on the departments website and submit a written declaration of understanding to the Department and LPA Clayton no later than Jnauary 25, 2026
