Based on LPAs observations and interviews, LPAs observed Director kept walking by window gesturing staff to wrap up and questioning staff after meeting with LPAs, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on interviews, a child has been left in soiled cloth for a period of time as it was known to staff. Staff did with hold food from child until child ate their vegetables. Staff member did raise their voice at a child. Lastly, staff told child that they will have to go to the infant classroom since child was misbehaving. This is a potential risk to children in care.
