Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a teacher aide was seen alone with seven (7) children, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
the surface of the toddler outdoor activity space has begun to wear out, leaving Licensee states that by 9/6/24 or sooner, the toddler outdoor surface area will be replaced with artificial turf or the same rubber surface already in place. Toddler surface area will not be used until 9/6/24. Parents will be advised via email. small pockets of the surface area without cushioning and not level. This may pose a threat to the health and safety of children in care.
