This requirement is not met as evidence by; 1 Director will need to prepare a written action plan detailing how every classroom will be sufficiently staffed at the facility. Based on observation and interviews. LPA observed 1 staff with 6 infantis in toddler classroom. This is an immediate risk to Health and Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8 During visit director moved staff around to the toddler room to be in compliance.
