During the visit the facility commingled infant children with preschool children in the Discovery Preschool A classroom which poses an immediate risk to the health nd safety of children in care.

LPA observed 24 children in the Pre-K classroom supervised by 1 teacher and 1 aide which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
