Supervision shall include visual observation. it to be found that there was one child left unattended for 30 seconds to 5 minutes

the census being 11 infants and 2 teachers when the incident occurred on 9/9/22. This is a possiable risk to the health, safety or personal rights to children in care. 1 The director agrees to conduct a training with her staff on the policies and procedures for staying within ratio. The training agenda and staff sign in will be submitted to the Fresno CCL office by the due date of 1/6/23.
