101223(a)(2): The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights...To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director has removed all sleeping cots in an off limit area to prevent children from using the cots as a climbing aid. Preschool children had access to sleeping cots that can be used as a climbing aid, which can pose a potential risk to children in care. 8
