Staff are to watch "Supervising in 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met by evidence: Assistant Director was told by stranger C1 was left outside. S1 saw C1 outside talking to a stranger, S1 brought C1 in classroom, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to all persons in care. ChildCare Centers" CCLD video and answer questions. Answer will be placed in staff files for LPA review.

(3)To be free from...or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living 1 Director will ensure no staff are taking breaks or non-paid lunch break in classroom spaces. Director will ensure staff come to work ready to engage with children in care, stay on task with transition activities and ensure staff remain awake and professional during daycare hours. including eating, sleeping or toileting; or withholding...aids to physical functioning. This requirement was not met by evidence: LPA conducted interviews. S1 was resting with eyes closed as C1,C2,C3,C4 and C5 were awake and C6 was sleep on floor without cot, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to all persons in care.
