Staff will receive additional training regarding children's personal rights and facility will create a plan to prevent future incidents of this nature from reoccuring. Proof of correction will be provided to the department by the POC date. Incident reports revealed 19 incidents of biting. C1 bit other children including C2 and on one occasion scratched another child.
