Personal Rights. The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. The requirement is not met as Per director, no longer spray children's hair, only use cleaning solution supplied by the facility, all bottles are labeled. Talked to all staff not to bring their own cleaning solution, and prior to using spray bottle water, to check it and fill bottle with water at that time. evidenced by: Staff grabbed the bottle of cleaning solution instead of the bottle of water and sprayed it in the air as a form of play, as a result, the cleaning solution touched the child's face. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 Director will submit POC in writing by 1/12/24.
