Per observation of video footage, on 1 Assistant Director stated the facility will send the Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) a written statement with the facility procedure for ensuring children's personal rights are not violated at all at any time. director states will meet with all staff to review Title 22 regulation regarding childrens personal rights and will the video a shadow of a child being slightly pulled and lifted by the wrist/hand, by an adult female had happened. Interviews stated yes it happened mistakenly and staff was apologetic for the incident. This poses an immediate health, safety and personal right risk to the children in care. 8 also review training videos from the licensing website. Director will submit the plan meeting and video agenda to LPA, signed and dated by all staff.
