Based on interviews, record reviews, and observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Child #1 (C1) eloped from their classroom and exited the facility without any adult supervision which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
101229(a)(1) Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a)(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... This requirement is not met evidenced by: 1 Director stated they will go over transition protocols, condcut CSR training, and request a half door for the restroom that leads into the classroom. Based on Directors statement, and the self reported incident, it was revealed that child (C1) was left alone on 4/7/2025, without any adult supervision inside the restroom which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care. 8
