This requirement was not met as evidence by: the faucet has been covered and turned off daily to avoid use by children in care and staff. The children are provided a five gallon jug of water refilled daily by water located in the kitchen and disposable cups provided to them daily. Based on records review and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance, in one drinking fountain located outside on the preschool/school age playground. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care. 8
