The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Assistant Director Andrea Cumpen agrees to submit a written statement to the Department in regards to how the facility will proceed in the future in regard to activities that are not conducted within the facility grounds. Based on interviews and records review, facility staff made children wash the facility vehicle on one occasion in July 2023. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to the children in care.
