LPA observed improper supervision displayed on 6/22/23 during the unloading of children off a bus. Teacher left the bus and entered the facility without supervising the children being released off the bus.

AD will provide LPA with a copy of the attendance sheet with signatures. AD will also provide all currently enrolled families with a copy of LPA learned a parent addressed a day care child in an inappropriate and threatening manner in the classroom. Although staff intervened & took steps to prevent future incidents, all accounts corroborated the incident occurring.
