M1 also stated this facility will not do outside summer field trips this year. M1 stated she has been retraining staff individually and in both site and district meetings and will provide sign-in that a child (C1) was left unattended and buckled into a car seat on the facility bus for a period of 90 minutes with staff unaware of this fact.
