Site Supervisor Maria Rodriguez was seen slamming a door in her office while children were present and aware asking to their teachers what was going on, this incident poses a potential safety risk to children in care.
Licensee self reported an incident were a child was left without supervision for a period of four minutes. This poses an immediate risk to the child (ch 1) in care. 8 both in English and in Spanish and licensee stated she understands the requirements. Upon receipt, the licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months.
