Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one outlet (Faucet R located in Rm P2) out of twenty eight outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.

Per AD Escamilla, the infants use a Brita water filter for potable water. As the report from Terra Environmental states that there were no ALEs found, AD will appeal the citation on the emalil dated 06/13/22 from CDSS CCL CCC Water Testing, it stated that there were two faucets which are part of the Infant license which had ALEs. *This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.*
