Based on observations made during record review, the facility did not comply with the requirement under infant care equipement.
Two children did not have the required LIC 9224 on file. This is a potential risk to children in care. Deficient Practice Statement Facility did not comply with the requirement which was observed during file review.
the fact that care for infants was not being provided in the designated infant classs room. This is an immediete risk to children in care. 1 The Director stated that care will no longer be provided in any classroom that is not the licensed infant classroom. The Director stated if rennovations of the infant room does not finish by today, parents will be provided with a lettter stating infant care will be suspended until the infant rooms is ready. A copy of this notice will be required if it is provided to parents.
the fact that on 09/15/22 from 8:20AM until 8:30AM Staff#1 was providing care for 2 children from separate licenses. 1 Director stated that she will ensure that staff members will be scheduled so that there is more that 1 staff member available in the mornings to prevent commingling children moving forward. 1 child from the infant license and 1 child from the preschool license. This an immediete risk to children in care.
