101700.3 California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 5.0 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 POC: Facility staff followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted. Notification was sent out to parents, and water outlet will be permanently removed within two weeks. Director will email dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov with documentation. Based on lab report analysis water from outlet C (9.1 parts per billion). Outlet samples were taken on 08/17/2022 indicate levels of lead in exceedance. 8 Water pitchers from filtered kitchen sink that "PASSED" and use the other PASS sinks, along with individual bottle waters readily available for the staff and children.
