Director stated that outdoor drinking fountains have been capped and are no longer in use. LPA observed that water fountains are now inoperable and a water jug is used outside to fill cups and water bottles. POC cleared during inspection. results were received by the department that indicated outdoor drinking fountains were exceedance of 5.5 ppb. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care if not corrected.
