Based on interviews and documentation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not ensuring children are received by school staff 1 Per director, the next day, changes were made to ensure children are entering the school by having La Petite transportation utilize school staff parking and view children entering the school gates. or making sure children entering the school gates which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
(f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be onsite at all times when children are present. 1 Director stated going to schedule the correct Pediatric First Aid/CPR training for all staff by due date. the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not obtaining pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
