Based on the LPA's observation on 09/15/2026 and interview with the Center Director, the facility did not ensure that a current written menu was posted and available for review. During a tour of the facility, the LPA observed that the menu posted near the facility's main entrance was dated August 2025. When asked to provide the current menu, the Center Director stated that a current menu was not available and acknowledged that no current written menu was available for review. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care 1 The Center Director will ensure that a current written menu is posted in the designated area and remains available for review as required. The Center Director will review the menu requirements with staff responsible for meal planning and posting menus to ensure ongoing compliance.
