Director stated that she went to move the chairs off the table after was reminded by the licensing staff on 11/22/2022. Director asked the staff to move chairs off the table and leave them on the floor and stacked them by the wall. This requirement was not as evidenced by: During the visit on 11/22/2022, LPA and LPM observed a child napping in the Preschool room, next to the table with three chairs stacked on top which causes a potential health and safety risk to those in care. 8 Director also stated that she checked the classroom every morning to make sure the chairs are not on the table before the children arrive.
