Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one of one lead test, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The lead test report is dated March 2023 - per regulations child care centers must have its drinking water tested for lead contamination levels on or after January 1, 2020, but no later than January 1, 2023.
