To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living 1 Director stated that they will be mindful and instead of serving the child last they will think of another consequence for the children. LPA cleared the deficiency. including eating, sleeping or toileting; or withholding of shelter, clothing, medication or aids to physical functioning. This requirement has not been met by evidence: Staff would serve the children their food last as punishment. This is considered as an immediate risk to the children in care. 8

Each child day care facility shall maintain a current roster of children who are provided care in the facility. The roster shall include the name, address, and daytime telephone number of the child's parent or guardian, and the name and telephone number of the child's physician. This roster shall be available to the licensing agency upon request. 1 Director will provide current Children's Roster to LPA by POC date 1/20/23.
