This requirement was not met as evidence by the Action Level 1 Director has made the water outlet which is the outdoor water fountain inoperable. The Director has notified the parents of Lead Action Level Exceedance results and their Plan of Correction. Director is working with Facilities maintenance to replace the water fountain and maintenance will check Exceedance results were 8.230, if not corrected this poses a potential Health and Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care. 8 the plumbing.
