LPA confirmed the Plan of Correction and submitted proof of permanent removal / remediation at the time of inspection on 6/21/2024. Fixtures K and WW (Children's bathroom right sink near Classroom #1 and exterior west left sink on play yard) Samples #2211447-021/022 and #2211447-097/098 had a Lead Action Level of Exceedance Response of more than 5.5 ppb which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

101216.1(c)(1)Teacher Qualifications and Duties (c)To be a fully qualified teacher, a teacher shall have one of the following: (1)Twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades, at an accredited or approved college or university; and at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program. 1 Director will shall submit a plan which details how she will ensure there is always a qualified teacher in each classroom. Director will also submit statement on the staffing plan for the facility moving forward. Based on interviews and documents received, the Director did not comply with the section cited above in which staff were not a fully qualified teacher with ECE units/permit, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care 8
