This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Facility will submit the agenda of the staff meeting that will include the staff acknowledging that the staff meeting occured. Agenda with staff acknowledgment will be emailed to LPA Tapia-Mandujano by April 17th, 2026
