Teacher Child Ratio-There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance, except as specified in (b) and (c) below. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Assistant Director agrees to submit a written schedule of all staff that will be available in the Preschool program in morning hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 am to ensure complaince with staff ratios. Submit a copy to the Department by 11/19/2021. Based on information obtained Staff have been left alone, without an aide with as many as 18 children in the hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 am. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care if not corrected. 8

Director will also submit a copy of a staff training regarding sign in/sign out procedure and requirements.
