Based on the facility's self report, this requirement was not met as a child was left unsupervised for approximately 7 minutes. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8 The facility had completed thier plan of correction prior to this citation being issued.

Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not completing lead testing by January 1, 2023 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
