101439.1(f) Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment(f) Cribs shall be free from all loose articles and objects, including blankets and pillows. This was not met as evidence by Director removed blankets and agreed to follow reguatlions regarding infant safe sleep. Regualtions were provided to director regarding Safe Sleep LPA observed C#1 and C#2 napping in cribs with blankets and owner would not remove blanket from C#2 crib. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8
