Based on review of Guardian Background Check System and personnel list records, Staff 1 Kamryn Clarkson has no criminal record on file. A live scan form, LIC 9162 was filled out but no indication it was processed. This poses an immediate risk to health and safety of persons in care.
Based on LPAs’ observation and interview with Staff #1, between 3:30 and 3:45 PM Staff #1 was supervising 13 children, which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
Child Care Center has taken the following actions: Shutoff the drinking fountain and notified parents of the water testing results, and shall continue provide bottled water to children. Director will send written plan of correction no later than 1/24/2025. CCC conducted water lead testing and one (1) water outlet exceeded the action level exceedance per regulations. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that lead testing has not yet been completed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
