Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited. LPA observed three lighting panels out and a missing ceiling light fixture cover. The fencing bolts are too long and will need to be cut down to 3 - 4 threads. These items poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers (a) California's Action Leve for lead in water at Child Care Centers is 5 ppb. (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an 1 Authorized representatives have been notified. Licensee has replaced the kitchen faucet and made faucet inaccessible. Licensee will have the outlet resampled by a certified sampler. This faucet is used once a year. The other kitchen faucet, labeled A, which passed the lead testing, will be utilized as needed. Licensee will Action Level Exceedance at any water outlet, the water from that outlet is deemed not safe to drink and an immediate response pursuant to section 101704 shall be required. This requirement was not met evidenced by: Based on record review provided by Enthalpy Analytical, a result of (ALE) of 7.0 ppb for outlet C – Sink Faucet in Kitchen on the church side. Which is out of compliance over the allowable ALE 5 ppb.…
