Based on interviews conducted, the facility allowed awake infants to use the sleeping area as an activity space violates the requirement that the infant sleeping area be physically separate from the indoor activity space, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights to children in care. 8 Documentation of the staff training, including agenda and staff signatures, shall be submitted to the Department by 06/01/2026. LPA provided 101438.3 Indoor Activity Space for Infants regulations.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, (2) staff did not meet the qualification for infant teacher. No infant units were provided as evidence of qualification. which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 classroom so that compliance is maintained. Assistant Director stated she will submit a plan to the Fresno Regional Office by 02/07/2025 specifying how staff will be reorganized to ensure there is a qualified teacher in the infant classroom at all times.
