on 4/13/2022 a staff member had an altercation with the Licensee will send in a written statement of a plan that the facility will follow to ensure the personal rights of the children will be insured and statement stating that they have read and understand the regulations on the childrens personal rights. Licensee. There were children and a parent present during this incident with posed an immedite risk to the health and safety to the children in care.
