LPA observed 1 instance of the volunteer alone with 13 children and two instances where a child was not being supervised inside or outside the classroom, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observsed some cleaning products in an unlocked drawer and cupboard in the kitchen area which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Children are not allowed in the kitchen area but there is no barrier to seperate the kitchen area from the rest of the classroom.
