. Per facility Director Summer, a staff meeting will be held and they will provide LPA Perry with sign in and out sheets of staff who attended and meeting agenda. As well as work out a plan to revisit scheduling to ensure ratios. A written plan will be submitted by email to LPA Perry by POC date. During inspection LPA Perry observed a total of 16 preschool children present with 1 staff, staff #1 supervising the children which poses a potential danger of the children in care. 8 Included in the meeting, the video at CCLD ratio video, https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/teacher-child-ratios-in-child-care-centers/ will be observed and staff will write a summary of what they learned, sign and dated and submit to LPA Perry by POC date.
