The center's designated isolation area for sick children is the office, however there were times the children were isolated in the classroom when they become ill. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to children in care.

This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to children in care. 1 Licensee Representative, Melinda Gillen, stated that she will submit a written Plan of Correction by 10/21/24 to ensure that Licensing will be notified for changes of the facility's hours of operation. An updated Application for a Child Care License (LIC 200A) and Parent Handbook reflecting the new hours of operation were submitted during the inspection.

Based on interviews and records review, the center has no full time qualified director on site. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to children in care.
